*NEVER* delete this - The windows 2000 registry editor (regedit.exe) 
can sometimes be *compromised*. And it's owned by TrustedInstaller, 
so it can't be changed. The copy of regedt32.exe in system32 just 
points back to regedit.exe, so this copy in winnt may be the only 
backup until regedit.exe can be repaired.
